Joe was great from the moment he came to my flat for the consultation. He made expert recommendations and we had a productive discussion, where I felt he really listened to what I wanted.

The proposal and rendering for my kitchen were sent promptly after the consultation, and Joe was very responsive and friendly in his communications whenever I had questions throughout the entire process. It was a long 10 weeks while I waited for my new kitchen to arrive, but I certainly don't fault Joe and his team for that.

The kitchen was installed in one day by Joe and another man (whose name I unfortunately do not have). There were a couple times throughout when Joe asked for my thoughts on deviating from the original proposal, because he thought there was a better alternative (e.g. orientation of the sink and placement of an island). I'm so glad he asked, because I agree these were better, and this let me know that Joe was really thinking on the spot and not just following the plans.

When I discovered some minor issues with some silicone sealing after installation day, Joe offered right away to come fix it.

My flat is in an altbau and has some clearly wonky surfaces and walls, so I imagine this wasn’t the easiest installation job, but I’m very happy with the result! Although the kitchen and installation cost a bit more than I had originally wanted to spend, I think it was worth it for the expertise and quality over my other options. Plus, now all my friends are jealous
